The Clubhead
The KZ Maraging steel head has the thinnest unsupported face
in golf. What does this do for your game? The thinner the clubhead
face, the more energy is transferred to the ball. The increased
strength of the Maraging Steel Face Inserts allows clubheads
to be designed with thinner walls in wood heads and the ultimate
in perimeter weighting. The result: increased acuracy and distance.
Ball velocity off the face is 3-5% greater than any titanium
and/or steel clubs!
The KZ clubhead has a mid size (230cc) classic pear shaped design
that sets up beatifully and inspires confidence with every shot.
The Shaft
We could have chosen any shaft in the world for our premium driver...why
did we choose the AJ Tech MetalX Tour, the most expensive high
performance shaft in the world? This shaft has more than 25 wins
on the PGA, Senor PGA, Nike and LPGA Tours over the last five
years. The AJ Tech MetalX Tour uses the most expensive, exotic
blend of ultra-high modulus graphite and metal fibers you can
buy to produce an ultra high performance, low torque shaft for
superior distance and control, with a unique taper and shaft
geometry. The Metal X Tour is designed for low handicap players
that prefer a heavier tour weight shaft. For those with slower
swingspeeds and mid/high handicaps, we suggest the AJ Tech X335
or AJ Tech XUL335 shaft. (see info below).
