The new Mitsubishi Diamana Blueboard, Whiteboard, and Redboard models are arriving soon (October 2014). Watch this space for details on the most popular shaft model ever played on Tour.

Mitsubishi Rayon has been developing graphite shafts on the PGA Tour without fanfare or promotion, redefining high performance in the process. With many of the top golfers in the world rankings using Mitsubishi Rayon shafts, their success has been extraordinary. Now, with a design based on feedback from the best players in the game and the expertise of their industry-leading composites division, they've created the world's finest aftermarket shaft, Diamana™.

Clubmaker Online is proud to be a part of the exclusive Mitsubishi Rayon Network. We carry all Mitsubishi shafts.

Mitsubishi Rayon makes a better golf shaft because they make it from scratch. They not only manufacture the golf shaft, but manufacture all the raw materials that make up a graphite shaft including the monomer, acrylic fiber, carbon fiber, resin, and prepreg. Over the last 20 years, they have developed over a thousand different formulations of resin and made more than a hundred types of fiber for many performance-based applications including golf shafts. This vertical integration means they can make any combination of resin and fiber required to optimize a shaft's design and performance characteristics. Our competition, on the other hand, works with a relatively limited list of raw materials and from a finite number of available suppliers. They purchase stock prepreg and must adjust designs around the limitations of the available materials. Our ability to make any composition of resin or fiber and combine them into their own prepreg sets them apart from our competition.

The Diamana White Board, with extreme stability at impact (perfect for the new high MOI heads), reduced spin, and increased feel during loading, the White Board represents the third flex profile in a series designed to meet the performance needs of top players with different swing types and requirements and is their lowest launch, lowest spin shaft model. The White Board's design allows players to load the shaft while maximizing tip stability and eliminating harshness, which can be associated with stiff tip shafts. Click here for more information.

If you're looking for a shaft with a slightly higher trajectory than the Diamana Blue Board, a more active tip section, and stiffer mid-section to promote a draw, please consider the new Diamana Red Board. Increased launch angles, low spin rates, and maximum distance can be expected with this exciting new shaft. Email us to discuss which Mitsubushi Rayon shaft is best for your game. The new 2nd Generation Redboard is now out. The Diamana 'ilima is a lower spin version of the Redboard for players looking to lower spin while still maintaining the high carry/launch characteristics of the Redboard.

Ultra light and built for high performance. You'll be surprised at how stable this 53 gram shaft feels even in the firmer flexes. Although this weight category is usually considered for ladies and seniors, Diamana Blue Board 53 is a good choice for players with a smooth tempo who want maximum head speed off the tee and a little extra power through impact. $275. Installation charge $25. Please email us for further info. Email for a quote installed in our fine custom drivers and fairway woods.

Ultra light and built for high performance. There's a reason the 63 is the most popular choice for a driver: it has the head speed potential of an ultra lightweight shaft, yet feels extremely stable at impact. If you're not sure which shaft to choose, the Diamana Blue Board 63 is probably the best choice for you. It's also a good match for players with a smooth tempo. $275. Installation charge $25. Please email us for further info. Email for a quote installed in our fine custom drivers and fairway woods.

A blend of power and stability. The shaft for players who feel they may lose a little control or consistency with an ultra light shaft, but want a shaft that can help generate head speed because it's so much lighter than steel. Diamana Blue Board 73 has about one-half degree lower torque than the 63, and can provide accuracy even the most demanding player will appreciate. $275. Installation charge $25. Please email us for further info. Email for a quote installed in our fine custom drivers and fairway woods.

A blend of power and stability. The driver shaft for the more powerful player who wants to hit more fairways. The Diamana Blue Board 83 can handle as much club head speed as you can generate. Its design was inspired by the best players in the world and like the 73, the 83 is also a good fairway wood shaft for the player using a lighter driver shaft. $275. Installation charge $25. Please email us for further info. Email for a quote installed in our fine custom drivers and fairway woods.

Designed for maximum stability. The 93 works well as a driver shaft for the player with a higher swing speed or as a fairway wood shaft for the player using a lighter driver shaft. The Diamana Blue Board 93 is smooth through impact but is heavy enough to help promote a consistent swing. $275. Installation charge $25. Please email us for further info. Designed for maximum stability. An excellent choice for players who want a graphite shaft that approaches the weight of steel. The lowest torque and heaviest weight in the Diamana series, the Diamana Blue Board 103 is the most extreme choice for the strongest players who want to increase control, consistency, and accuracy off the tee. Also excellent as a fairway wood shaft to complement a lighter driver shaft. $275. Installation charge $25. Please email us for further info.
