Build a Torque Tester

This picture shows the pointer end and the angle scale. I made the pointer from a piece of 1/8x1x12" aluminum bar. I milled the tip end so that it is right on center line. I measured the center line of the "V" in the vert position and transfered that dim to the degree plate. I then put the degree plate on my drafting table and using that line as my base line I scribed the degree lines in 1/2 degree's.
